Unless otherwise specified in writing all repairs and rebuilt equipment sold by Daman's Air Tool Repair, LLC
receive a 120 day limited warranty.
For the 120 calendar days following the Shipping Date, as defined below, of any repair or equipment sold, Daman's Portable Air Tool Repair, LLC warrants that: a) unless modified by Daman's Portable Air Tool Repair, LLC, the equipment will perform substantially the functions, if any, described in the documentation provided by the manufacturer except that which is distributed "as is" without warranty, and b) the condition on which the equipment is furnished will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Shipping Date is defined as (a) the date on which Daman's Portable Air Tool Repair, LLC or its agent shipped the physical equipment, (b) the date that the customer picked up the equipment, whichever is earliest, or (c) the date the item was delivered in person to the customer.
